We're located out in Village Jaijaiwanti, which is part of the Gatauli post area in Julana. It's a quiet place compared to the big cities, but we stay pretty busy. People from the surrounding villages come by when they're passing through. Making ice cream out here has its challenges, mostly with getting supplies delivered on time. We have a couple of large deep freezers that take up most of our back room. During the festival seasons, we barely have enough space to store everything people order. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We've lived in this district all our lives, so we know everyone around here. Dealing with the dusty roads means we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and the glass. It’s just how it is. We aren't trying to change the world; we're just making sure there’s some cold ice cream available for folks in Jaijaiwanti when they want it on a hot day.
