We run Priyal Rathi Constructions Private Limited out of Village Sahanpur, over in the Safidon Tehsil of Jind. Our office is set up right there with Rathi Hatchery, so there is always plenty of activity around the place. It’s a bit of a drive out here for some, but it’s where we belong and where we do most of our work. Being based in a village means everyone knows each other, and we like it that way. We don't have a fancy corporate building; we just have a desk and a phone in a shared space. Most of our days are spent out in the fields or at local building sites around Haryana. We handle the basic construction needs for people in the Jind area, whether it’s a barn, a small house, or some repairs to an existing wall. We don't do much in the way of marketing for Priyal Rathi Constructions Private Limited because news travels fast in the village. If you do a decent job, people hear about it. If you don't, they hear about that even faster than the good news. We try to be fair and just do the work as it’s supposed to be done. Sometimes the rural roads make getting materials here a bit of a challenge, but we’ve been dealing with that for years. It’s just us, a few local workers, and some basic machinery. We don't have big goals of being the biggest company; we just want to keep the lights on and keep working.
