Pandtan DA Dhaba

Our dhaba is located right on N.h 71 in Uchana, which is quite convenient for people traveling through Jind. We are situated near Rajiv Gandhi College in the Uchana Mandi area. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different faces every day. Drivers, students, and travelers all stop by Pandtan DA Dhaba. We even have folks from Jalandhar who know about us and stop when they are passing through. It’s a basic setup, the kind of place you expect when you’re driving on the national highway. We don't have fancy air conditioning or plush chairs, but the food is honest. My brother and I manage most of the daily work here. We start early to get everything prepped before the first trucks arrive. The college being nearby brings in a lot of younger people too, so it’s always a bit lively. It gets dusty sometimes because of the road, but we keep the seating area as tidy as we can. We don't bother with a lot of advertising. Most people find us just by driving past or hearing about the place from someone else. It’s a busy life running a dhaba on the highway, but we like the pace. We just serve the food and make sure the tea is always hot for our visitors. It’s just a normal roadside spot for a quick bite and a rest before heading back on the road.
