Nav Bharat Hatcheries Private Limited

Nav Bharat Hatcheries Private Limited is located in Safidon, over at Anta Colony, and we operate out of Pradip Kumar’s place. Working in a hatchery is a twenty-four-hour job because the eggs and the chicks don’t care about what time it is. We have to keep a close eye on the temperature and the humidity in the incubators all the time. If something goes wrong with the power, it’s a big problem, so we’re always checking the backup systems. Pradip has been doing this for quite a while, so he knows the sounds the machines make when they aren't working right. The colony is a decent place to work, though it can get quite loud with all the chirping. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the trays and making sure everything is as sanitary as it can be for the birds. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to be careful with the little chicks. We don't have a big fancy office with computers everywhere; it’s mostly just us in our work clothes getting things done. We supply a lot of the local farms around Safidon. It’s honest work, even if it means we are always covered in a bit of dust or feathers. We don't really do much in the way of fancy talk or big promises, we just focus on getting the hatch right every single time we start.
