We run Lakshya Sweets & Milk Products Llp out of Sco 57 in the Dsc area. We are located right near the Easy Day store, so most people know where that is. It’s a convenient spot for us. Our business is all about milk products and sweets, which means we start our days very early. You have to get things moving before the sun is too high, especially when you’re dealing with dairy. The shop can get quite crowded, especially during festival seasons when everyone wants something sweet. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or sitting around. It’s mostly about serving the people who come in and making sure the milk is fresh. The space isn't huge, so we have to stay organized. Sometimes things get a bit messy during the morning rush, but we clean up as we go. We aren't part of some big chain or anything. It’s just a local operation where we try to do things the right way. We’ve been at this for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the competition, we just keep doing what we do. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the products are good and that we can keep the doors open. It’s a lot of physical work, and our hands are usually busy, but it’s a living that we are proud of.
