So, we are over here at House Number 2369 in Urban Estate. It’s funny how a house turns into a bakery business like Lakshya Bakery and Snacks LLP, but that’s exactly what happened with us. Most days start pretty early, way before the sun is even up, because you have to get the snacks ready before people start their day. Urban Estate is a decent place, kind of quiet usually, but our kitchen is always a bit chaotic with the smell of spices and dough. To be honest, it’s not some big fancy factory setup you see on TV. It is just a bunch of us working in this space, trying to get things done right. We have lived around here for a while and setting this up seemed like the right move at the time. Sometimes the oven acts up or we run out of something last minute, but we just figure it out as we go. People around here know the house number now, which is nice. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making snacks and bread for the folks nearby. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing the crates go out makes it feel okay. We don’t have some big corporate office or anything like that. Just the space at 2369 where the work happens every single day, rain or shine. That's pretty much the whole story of how we ended up here in this neighborhood.
