Jds Global Peace Foundation

Operating out of Dhamtan Sah in the Narwana area of Jind, Jds Global Peace Foundation is a small setup. We are based at Chandgi’s place, which is just a regular house. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy website. It’s just us doing what we can for the community. The idea of global peace sounds huge, but for us, it starts locally. We spend a lot of time talking to folks in the village and seeing where there’s friction that we can help smooth over. Life in Jind is straightforward, and we try to keep our foundation that way too. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation. We make plenty of mistakes and some days we don’t get as much done as we’d like. That’s just reality. The dusty roads and the hot Haryana sun are part of our daily life. We keep our files in simple folders and our meetings happen whenever someone stops by. We aren’t looking for fame. We just want to be a steady presence in 126116. If you’re in the neighborhood and want to see what we’re up to, just ask for Chandgi’s place. We’re usually around, though we might be busy with chores or paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels right to be doing it here in our own home, and we hope it makes a difference.
