We are based at Ram Niwas’s place in Village Mandi Kalan, which is part of the Uchana area in Jind. If you ask anyone in the village for Ram Niwas, they will point you right to our door. Hope And Spot Charitable Foundation is something we started because we saw a lot of stray animals and people struggling around the village and didn't want to just sit there doing nothing. It’s a very rural spot, 126125 is the pin code if you’re looking it up on a map. Life here is simple and we try to keep the foundation simple too. We don't have a big staff, just family and some neighbors who pitch in when they have some free time. Sometimes we are out in the fields helping someone, and other times we are back at the house organizing some old clothes or food. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers and bags all over the porch, but we know where everything is kept. We don't spend any money on fancy offices because we'd rather use it for the actual work we do. People in Jind are straightforward, and that’s how we operate here. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just look at what's right in front of us and try to deal with it. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us connected. We just want to be helpful to the folks here.
