Era Infra Engg.Ltd. (Era Group)

Our location is in V.P.O. Alewa, which is in the Jind district of Haryana. Being in a village post office area means we are right in the heart of the community. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the Gurgaon or Delhi offices. We are part of the Era Group, but out here, we are just the local infra office. The work involves a lot of field visits and dealing with the local geography. The office is a simple building, and we spend a lot of time out on the sites rather than sitting behind desks. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to catch up on logs and talk to the guys coming in from the different project spots. The air is a lot fresher here, but the roads can be a challenge, especially when we have to move heavy equipment around. We don't have a lot of fancy technology; just the basics that we need to stay organized. Most of us have been in this region for a long time, so we understand how things work in Jind. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving and making do with what we have. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand and try to make sure we’re keeping up with the schedule despite the challenges of working in a more rural setting.
