Civil Court Safidon

Being in a village post office area means things move at a slightly different pace than in the big cities. We deal with court matters and local paperwork for the people living around Safidon. The building itself is plain and has been here for a long time. Most days, you will see folks from the nearby farms coming in to settle some business or ask about their records. We spend a lot of time looking through heavy ledgers and typing things out. It is not the most modern setup, but it works for what we need. The air out here in Ramnagar is a bit fresher than in the middle of Jind, but the dust still finds its way onto every shelf. We have a routine that involves a lot of waiting for signatures and making sure every stamp is in the right place. There is a small tea stall not too far away where we usually get our morning chai. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just have to sit and wait or work by the light from the windows. It’s a very local operation. We know many of the people who walk through the door by name. We just keep the records straight and try to finish our work before the sun goes down and the office closes up.
