CHANDIRAM CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Chandiram Construction is based out of VPO Baroda in the Narwana Tehsil. You can find us through Narender, as it’s a local setup. We are what they call an OPC, a one-person company, though of course, there are more of us actually doing the physical labor on the sites. Working in a place like Baroda is a lot different than the big cities. Everyone knows everyone, so if you do a bad job, word spreads fast. We mostly do residential work, helping people in the village and nearby areas get their homes built. We don't use big words or have fancy presentations for our clients. We just talk about how many bags of cement we need and when the roof is going to be poured. Sometimes the weather in Narwana makes things difficult, especially when it’s too hot to work in the afternoons or during the heavy rains. We just take it day by day. It’s a basic business. We don't have a huge office with air conditioning; we’re usually out where the work is happening. It’s a lot of physical work and managing the guys on site. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we just want to keep building things that last. It’s not a complicated story, just a local construction business trying to stay busy and do right by people. We aren't trying to expand into some giant firm, we just like working here.
