Our office is at H.No. 212 in Basant Vihar, right off Jind Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the neighborhood. Bharatbhushan Builders and Developers is the name we use on the signs, but most people just call us Bharatbhushan. We’ve been working in construction and development for a while now. It’s not a huge operation. We mostly stay focused on projects around this part of town because we know the local suppliers and how things work here. We don't have a glossy brochure or a sales team. If you want to talk to us, you usually just come by the house or give us a call. We spend our days dealing with cement, steel, and a lot of different contractors. It can be stressful when things don't go exactly as planned, but we've learned to deal with the bumps in the road. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Haryana. We just want to do decent work that lasts. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy with the phone ringing and people coming in and out, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use any corporate talk or fancy missions. We just build things. Whether it’s a small renovation or a whole new house, we treat it the same way. It’s about getting the walls up and making sure the roof doesn't leak. That’s enough for us to feel like we’ve done our job right.
