Kiran Kumar

I started this little business as Kiran Kumar out of my place at H No 9-154/1 in New Gayathrinagar. Being here in Jillalaguda feels right because it’s a neighborhood where people actually talk to each other. I don’t have a big staff or a huge warehouse, just a small space where I handle my daily work. Most of my time is spent talking to people who stop by or answering the phone about different small jobs. It’s a mix of things really, whatever needs doing that day. Some mornings I am out running errands and other times I am just sitting at my desk trying to get the billing sorted out. The house is always a bit busy with people coming and going. It’s not like those offices in the high-rise buildings where everything is quiet and formal. Here, you might hear the neighbor’s dog barking or children playing outside while we talk about business. I like it that way because it feels more real. Sometimes the paperwork piles up and I have to spend the whole weekend catching up, but that is what happens when you run things yourself. People around Jillalaguda know they can just drop by if they see the door open. It isn’t about making a huge brand, it’s just about doing a decent job and being a part of the local community here in New Gayathrinagar.
