Shree Balaji Building Material

Shree Balaji Building Material is located in the town of Babai, which is part of Tehsil Khetri. We are situated right near the Adarsh Primary High School, so we hear the kids playing and the bells ringing all through the day. Our yard is usually full of sand, bricks, and bags of cement piled up high. It’s a messy business, and there is always a layer of grit on everything, including our clothes. We started this place because we saw so many people building new houses or fixing up their old walls in this area. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we load up trucks and tractors for local builders. Sometimes the weather gets really hot here, and we have to take breaks in the shade of the warehouse. We know the local drivers well, and they usually stop for a chat while we check their loads. The school nearby means we have to be extra careful when the trucks are pulling out onto the road in the afternoons. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We don't use any complicated systems, just a ledger and a phone that rings more than it should. We like being part of the Babai community and seeing the houses go up using the stuff we sold them. It makes the long, dusty hours feel like they are worth something. We usually close up when the sun goes down and head home for dinner.
