We are over here at Nehra House on Plot 97-98. It’s right in Ward No.1, just across from the Sahara India Office in Nawalgarh. It’s usually pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading into work. We spend most of our days sitting at the desks working on sketches for new houses or figuring out where a wall should go in an office layout. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and material samples everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when we are busy. We’ve been at this location for a while now. People usually find us easily because of the landmark across the street. We do a mix of things, from basic architecture stuff to picking out colors and furniture for interiors. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just measuring things over and over or talking to contractors on the phone to make sure things are moving along. If you walk in, you’ll probably see a few of us hunched over computers or looking at tile samples on the floor. We try to keep things organized, but on big project days, things get piled up. The town of Nawalgarh is a good place to be based. It’s got a certain pace to it. We just show up every day, do the drawings, and try to get things right for the people who come to us. We might not have the fanciest lobby, but we have enough space to work and think through the plans we make for local families.
