Our office is right in Chuna Chowk, over in Ward 21. Nawalgarh is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so finding us isn't usually a problem for the locals. We are situated in a part of the chowk that stays pretty active throughout the day. It’s just a plain room where we handle the financial side of things for the people around here. We don't have any big neon signs or anything flashy. Just a simple nameplate so people know they’re in the right place. Inside, you’ll find some old wooden desks and a few cupboards full of ledgers. We still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way because it works for us. The tea guy comes by a couple of times a day, which is always a nice break. We deal with people's savings and help them out when they need a bit of a hand. It’s not a complicated business model. We just take care of the money and make sure the records are straight. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the market traffic all day. It gets a bit loud when the trucks go through, but you get used to the rhythm of the chowk. We’ve been in Ward 21 for a good while and plan to stay. It’s a comfortable spot for us and the people who visit. There’s no pressure here, just local folks doing business together.
