Shinplaster Nidhi Limited is set up near the Jhunjhunu Bypass, close to Govan Ka Sagar. This is a bit of a dusty area sometimes, but it’s where we are. The office is connected to the family of Shri Panna Ram Jangir. It is a very local operation, rooted right here in the Jhunjhunu and Churu border area. We don’t have a fancy storefront with glass doors. It’s more of a traditional setup where people know us by name rather than by a big sign. We spend our days dealing with the locals and keeping the ledgers updated. The office is small and filled with the smell of paper and maybe a bit of dust from the bypass road. We like it this way because it keeps us close to the ground. There are no corporate layers here. If you have a question, you just ask the person sitting across from you. We don't use much technology beyond what is absolutely necessary. Most of our work is about trust and knowing the people in the community. It can get hot in the summer, and the bypass can be loud with trucks, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We are just here to serve the local folks around the bypass and make sure the books stay in order.
