Our company, SHEKHAWATI INTERNATIONAL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, is situated in Jato Ka Mohalla. This is in a place called Lamba, Gothra, near Chirawa and Gothari in the Khetri area of Jhujhunu. It’s a bit of a distance from the big cities, but we like being here in this part of Rajasthan. The atmosphere is very local and grounded. Even though we have "International" in our name and deal with global things, we are still just people working out of a mohalla. The office is very simple. We don't have central air conditioning or fancy elevators. It’s just a room with some desks and our computers. We spend our days coordinating international business from this quiet corner. Sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge being in a more rural area, but we’ve made it work for years. People around here know us as the folks who handle the big trade stuff. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just work together to get the tasks done. The weather in Jhujhunu can be tough, especially the heat in the summer months, but we are used to it by now. We are just a private limited firm trying to do our best from Jato Ka Mohalla. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy with all the international work we have on our plates every single day.
