Punj Lloyd Ltd

We are located in Pandav Mohalla near the Dharmshala in a place called Khirod. It is in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. This Punj Lloyd Ltd site is quite basic. We don't have any of those glass windows or air conditioning units that you see in the big city offices. It is a simple building that stays relatively cool because of how it was built. We are right near the Dharmshala so there is always some activity happening nearby. Life moves a bit slower here which is nice. We get to the office early and start our tasks. Most of the guys here are local and we talk in the local way. We don't use much big English unless we have to write things down. There is a lot of sand around and the sun is very bright most of the year. We have a couple of benches outside where we sit during our breaks. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't make a big deal about what we do. We just make sure the work is finished properly. If there is a problem we just talk it out and fix it. It is a very direct way of working. We know everyone in the Mohalla and they know what we are doing here. It feels like home to most of us. We just keep our heads down and do what is needed every day.
