Out here in Pahadila Village, things move a bit slower than the big cities. We are located at Surja Ram Saini Dhani in Jhunjhunu. It’s a local spot where everyone basically knows where everything is. We don't have a high-rise building or anything like that. It is just a simple office where we handle our business every day. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or folks from the nearby villages. We talk about the weather or the crops before we get down to the paperwork. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don't use fancy jargon because there is no need for it. Simple English and local talk work just fine for us. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, but we just sweep it out and keep going. Rajasthan can be tough with the heat, but we stay focused on what needs to be done. We have our routine and we stick to it. We aren't some distant company with a call center. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. It’s honest work and we like the people we deal with. The address is easy to find if you know the village landmarks. We've been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. We keep the doors open through the day.
