Jajal Export Jaipur

This business is based out of Gahlot House in Nawalgarh. It’s a family kind of thing, run by Shankar Lal Gahlot. We are way out in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. People usually think of big factories when they hear the word export, but for Jajal Export Jaipur, it’s a bit different. We work from the house and the area around Nansa Gate. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. Most of us here grew up in this town. Life moves a bit slower here, but we keep busy with our shipments. The office isn't really an office; it’s more like a part of the home where we keep all the files and samples. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we have to clean everything twice a day. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure things get sent out to wherever they need to go. If there’s a festival in town, everything stops for a bit. That’s just how it goes in a place like Nawalgarh. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s steady work. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just take care of the business from this old house and try to keep things moving. There isn't much more to it than that. Most of the time it is just us and the paperwork.
