If you’re ever in Jhunjhunu, you might find us over at Basant Vihar. Hopscotch Realtor LLP has its office at A-4. It’s a quiet enough part of town, which is good for the kind of work we do. Jhunjhunu is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, or at least they know someone who does. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work close to home. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular building in a residential block. Inside, it’s just as simple. We deal with property and real estate matters for people around here and in the surrounding areas of Rajasthan. It’s a lot of sitting around and going through records or taking phone calls about plots of land. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It is just us. We’ve seen Basant Vihar grow over the years, and we’re glad to be a part of the local scene. Usually, the day starts with some tea and a look at the local papers. We don’t try to act like a big city firm because we aren’t one. We are just local people in Jhunjhunu trying to make a living by helping others find the right piece of land or a house. It’s steady work and we enjoy the pace of life here. Our doors are usually open if someone wants to talk property.
