Firoz General Store

Firoz General Store is located in Ward No. 4 of Dhamora Village. You can find us in the Harijan Mohalla area, which is within the Udaipurwati Tehsil of Jhunjhunu District. We’re also quite near Udaigarh, so it’s a familiar spot for anyone living around these parts. Running a general store in a village like Dhamora means you have to have a bit of everything. I keep the shelves stocked with household items, snacks, and the small things people realize they’ve run out of at the last minute. The store is a simple building, and I’ve tried to make the best use of the space I have. It’s usually me behind the counter from morning until late evening. People from the Mohalla stop by not just to buy things, but to see who else is around. It’s a community spot in its own way. The floor is made of plain concrete, and the ceiling fan hums all day long to keep the heat away. I’ve been here for years, and I’ve seen the kids in the village grow up and start coming in to buy things for their own homes. It’s a slow and steady life, managing the stock and talking to the delivery drivers who come through the district. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a regular store for regular people, kept running by hard work and being here every single day without fail until the night falls.
