Chetaram Spices

Chetaram Spices is located out in Village Chikadar, which is quite a distance from the main city centers. We are right by the Mali Samaj Nohara, a spot everyone in the village knows. Life here in Tehsil-Sindoli moves at its own pace, especially during the harvest months when the roads are full of tractors. Our workspace is pretty basic, just a sturdy building where we process the spices. It’s often very quiet here except for the sound of the birds or the occasional motorbike passing by on the way to the post office. We handle a lot of the work ourselves, from drying things out in the sun to packing them into bags for the local markets. The air always smells like cumin or chili, depending on what we are working on that day. We don't have fancy machinery, just the reliable stuff that gets the job done year after year. Most of our day is spent making sure the spices are clean and ready. We know the people in the village well, and often someone will stop by just to say hello or ask about the crop prices. It’s a very local way of doing things, without any of the rush you find in the bigger towns. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, making sure we have enough stock for the regulars who depend on us.
