Ceeri is based out here in Pilani, and specifically, you’ll find us where Dr. Mahesh Kumar Sharma works as the Technical Officer in the Mems Lab. Being in Pilani, the pace of life is a bit different than the big cities, which actually helps when you’re doing technical work that needs a lot of focus. The lab is where most of the action happens. It’s a specialized environment, but it doesn’t feel cold or overly formal. We’ve got a tight-knit group here, and since we are all in the same area, we tend to see each other even when we aren’t officially on the clock. The 333031 area is quiet for the most part, which is nice for the kind of research and technical tasks we handle daily. We aren’t trying to be something we’re not; we’re just a group of people working in a lab trying to figure things out. Dr. Sharma has been part of this setup for a good while, and the Mems Lab has its own way of running things. It’s a lot of sitting at benches, looking at data, and making sure the equipment is behaving. It’s practical, hands-on work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just the tools we need and the space to use them. The campus life in Pilani defines a lot of our routine, and we’re quite settled into the rhythm of the place now. It's just how we get things done here.
