Career Campus (Jhunjhunu)

We are located right behind the G. E T Hostel here in Khetri. It’s part of the Career Shaper Senior Secondary School for Science setup. Most people in Jhunjhunu know the area well because of the hostel and the science school. It gets quite dusty around here during the summer months, but we try to keep the classrooms decent for the students. Most of our staff lives nearby or commutes from the main town area. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. There isn't much flash to the place, just a bunch of rooms with desks and chairs and boards. People stop by to ask about classes or just to drop off papers. It’s a busy spot especially in the mornings when the sun is coming up over the hills. You can usually find a few of us hanging out near the main gate or in the small office area. We handle a lot of the science stream students since the school is right there. It’s not a huge campus but it serves the purpose for everyone coming from the surrounding villages. Sometimes the power goes out and we just open the windows and keep going. It’s just how things are here in this part of Rajasthan. We don’t do much fancy advertising, just word of mouth from parents who know we are tucked away behind the hostel.
