About Lal Puriya Eat Udyog – Food & Beverages in Jhujhunu
Our business, Lal Puriya Eat Udyog, is located in Village Chirawa, right near the New Housing Board. It is a place where we put in a lot of manual labor every single day. Making bricks is what we know how to do. We have the kilns and the red soil all around us. It is a traditional way of doing things. We don't use much high-tech stuff or computers. It is mostly about the earth and the fire. The village is a good place for us to work. Everyone knows everyone else. We provide work for some of the local families who live nearby. The days are long, especially in the summer heat. We have to watch the weather carefully. If it rains, the unbaked bricks can get ruined in the yard. So we are always checking the sky. We aren't some big corporation with a board of directors or fancy meetings. It is just us and the bricks. We've been here for a while and we plan to stay as long as people need bricks. The housing board nearby means there is always someone building something new. They come to us because we are right here. We don't do much talking or bragging. We just focus on the stacks of bricks. It's a simple life for everyone here. We work hard, we eat together, and we go home tired. That is how it goes at our udyog. We just keep the fire going and keep the bricks coming out for the village.
