Out in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan, life is a bit different than the big cities. Our site is in Sainipura village, which falls under the Baragaon post office. The pin code is 333021. We work on structures here. It’s a lot of outdoor work and dealing with the elements. The sun can be pretty harsh, so we start our days early before it gets too hot to handle the metal. It’s a quiet place compared to a city factory. You can hear the birds and the wind across the open ground. We have a small office building on the site for the paperwork, but most of the action happens in the yard. We are just a group of people making things happen in a rural part of the state. We don't have any polished corporate brochures. If you come visit, you’ll see us in our work gear, probably covered in a bit of dust. It’s practical, honest work. We take care of the equipment and make sure the projects stay on track. The people in the village know us, and we try to be good neighbors. It’s not a complicated setup. We have what we need to get the job done, and we don't worry about the rest. Every day brings a new challenge with the materials or the weather, but we just deal with it and move on.
