This branch of the company is over in Village Sotwara. To get here, you usually have to go via Doomara in the Jhunjhunu district. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, tucked away in the countryside of Rajasthan. We have a set routine that we follow every morning without fail. The staff here mostly consists of people who live in the surrounding villages, so we all know each other and our families pretty well. We aren't really into the whole corporate lifestyle or wearing suits. It's more about wearing sturdy boots and getting the job done out in the field. The office is just a simple building where we keep our logs and take care of the administrative side of the business. Sometimes the mail takes a little longer to reach us out here, but we manage just fine with what we have. We have some equipment on site and a bit of space to move things around when shipments come in. It’s not the kind of place that gets a lot of visitors or tourists, but we’re always here if something comes up. Being in Jhunjhunu means we deal with the local climate, which can be tough when the heat is peaking. We just make sure there’s plenty of water for everyone and keep the old fans going. It’s a straightforward operation. No one here is trying to be anything we’re not. We just run the site, keep things tidy, and make sure we meet our targets without making a big deal out of it.
