We are based out in Makhar village, which is part of the Jhunjhunu district in Rajasthan. Praveen Sharma handles the work here. It's a bit of a drive to get to the main town, but we like being out here. Being in a village means we know everyone around and things move at a different pace than the big cities. We deal with construction projects that come our way, mostly focusing on what needs to be done right in front of us. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially when the wind picks up across the fields. Our office is just a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the building jobs. Usually, we are out on-site checking on materials or talking to the workers. My father, Shri Shyam Sharma, has seen this area change a lot over the years. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to use big words to describe it. It's about bricks, cement, and making sure everything stays standing. If you are looking for us, just ask for the Sharma house in the village. We’ve got a lot of tools and a few trucks coming and going. It’s a practical life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on the local needs and try to keep things simple and honest for everyone involved who trusts us with their builds.
