We operate out of Shanti Nagar in Jharsuguda. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it puts us right where the work is. The office is located at S.C. Upadhyaya’s place. It’s a practical setup for the kind of infrastructure projects we handle in Orissa. Mostly, we deal with industrial sites and road work. The dust is a constant battle, but that’s just part of being in this industry. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows their job. We wake up early, get the machines checked, and head out. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a coffee, it’s more about getting the job done. We handle a lot of heavy lifting and groundwork. The weather gets incredibly hot, which makes the outdoor shifts tough. We keep a lot of spare parts and tools around. Sometimes the phone lines act up, but we manage. The 768211 area is growing, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't spend much time on decorations. The walls have maps and project timelines taped up. It’s a working office, through and through. We focus on the concrete and the steel. Most of our guys come from the surrounding villages. It feels like a small community here. We just try to finish the projects before the next big storm hits. The work is hard, but it’s what we do at Simplex Infrastructure Ltd. We just keep going.
