If you are looking for us in Jharsuguda, we are right by the Sharma Flour Mill on Government Hospital Road. You can usually smell the grain from the mill when the wind blows the right way. Our office is tucked in there, and it is a busy little spot in Orissa. We do construction work, which means our boots are usually muddy and there is always some kind of tool lying around the desk. It is not a clean, polished environment, but it is where the work gets planned. We’ve got a lot of projects on the go around the district. Jharsuguda is growing fast, so there is always something being built or fixed. We don't have any fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we did down the road. The staff here is a mix of young guys and older hands who have been laying bricks and pouring slabs for decades. We have our tea together in the mornings and talk about what needs to reach the site today. Sometimes we run out of materials or the rain stops us for a week, but that is construction for you. We just try to do a solid job so the building stays up long after we are gone. It is practical work and it doesn't need a lot of talk.
