Sharma Fabricatora And Erectors is out here in Palsada. It’s a bit of a trek to get to our spot in Panchgaon near Jharsuguda, but we’ve been at this for a while now. The workshop gets pretty loud with all the welding and the banging on metal. It's usually hot, especially in the afternoons. We aren't some fancy big city company with a glass building. It is just a shop with a lot of iron, rods, and heavy tools scattered around. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit before we can get back to the erecting work. The guys here have calloused hands and they don’t talk much while they’re working. You see a lot of sparks flying when the fabricators are cutting through things. We are just local people from Orissa doing what we know. It is dusty work. We spend most of the day in the yard or out at sites where stuff needs putting up. If you are looking for us, just ask around the Po area. Everyone knows where the fabricators sit. It isn’t much to look at, but the machines are always running and there is always a heap of scrap metal in the corner. We keep busy with whatever comes our way in this part of Jharsuguda. It is a simple life of grease and heavy lifting.
