We are based out of Dalki Purna in Jharsuguda. It’s a bit of a distance from the bigger cities, but we like it here. QUICK IDEAL HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED is the business. We focus on housing projects in the local area. It’s a pretty straightforward operation. We have a small office where we handle the planning and the phone calls. Most of the time, though, we are out and about. Building houses takes a lot of time and patience. There is always something that needs fixing or a material that hasn't arrived. We don't have a big corporate office with leather chairs. It’s just a place to get work done. We’ve been in Jharsuguda for quite a while now. We know the local people and how things work in this part of Orissa. It’s a bit slower than the big cities, which suits us just fine. We don't do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors. That’s how we like it. It feels more personal that way. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to build decent places for people to live. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination. Some days are long and the sun is hot, but seeing a house finished makes it worth it. We just keep plugging away at it, one project at a time, until the job is done right.
