Provincial Book Depot

Provincial Book Depot is right in the Main Market on Main Road in Badmal. It is a very central spot, so there are always people passing by. The shop has been here for years, and it looks like it too. We have old wooden shelves that are sagging a bit under the weight of all the books. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or anything like that. We just have a few fans and the front door stays open to the street. Badmal is a small enough town that we know most of the people who come in. We sell school books, registers, and all sorts of reading material. The Main Road can get very dusty, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s a simple life running a book depot. We open up when the market starts to get busy and we close when the sun goes down. There isn't any big strategy here, we just stock what people ask for. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it’s quiet. We don't do any social media or stuff like that. The name Provincial Book Depot is painted on a board above the door. It’s a bit faded now, but everyone knows it. We just focus on being a reliable place in the middle of the market. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but it is what we do.
