Omm Earth Movers

Omm Earth Movers is located on Shivaji Marg, right by the main gate of the market. We’re also quite close to the bus stand, so there’s always a lot of activity right outside our door. Being in the main market means we’re easy to find, though parking the big machines can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We focus on earthmoving work, which usually means we're helping with site preparation or clearing land for new buildings. Our office is a simple place where we keep the keys and the logbooks. Most of our work is done out on the roads and in the dirt. We’ve been based here for a while, and we know the local area like the back of our hands. The noise from the bus stand and the market is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We handle the heavy lifting that most people can't do themselves. It’s physical work and involves a lot of maintenance on the tractors and shovels. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we prefer to just talk shop and get the job scheduled. Most people just walk in from the market when they have a question about a project. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us moving. We just take each job as it comes and try to keep the equipment in good working order for the next one. It's dusty and loud but we like it.
