M/S Grasim Industries

We are part of Grasim Industries, specifically working with the Ultratec Cement side of things at the Jharsuguda Cement Works. Our location is in P.O. Arda, which is in the Jharsuguda district. The pin code is 768202. This is a real industrial site. It’s not an office in a city; it’s where the work happens. Being out in Jharsuguda means we are close to the production. There’s dust and noise, but that’s the cement business. We spend our days making sure the plant is running right and the cement is getting out to the sites. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep a local feel to how we talk to each other. We’re a long way from the corporate headquarters. Here, it’s about the machinery and the schedules. We stay in the Arda area because that’s where the factory is. It’s a community of workers and their families. We don't have any polished slogans. We just focus on the quality of what’s coming out of the works. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours sometimes. We handle the logistics and the plant management from the offices on-site. It’s a straightforward life. We take pride in the hard work we put in every day to keep things moving. The weather can be hot, and the work is tough, but we just get on with it. It’s just how we do things at the Jharsuguda works. We are just here to get the job done.
