Bureau Veritas

We are over here at Power House Road in Jharsuguda, sitting in the office of Bureau Veritas. It’s a busy spot near Saroj Kumar Panigrahi’s place. Most days it’s pretty hot outside but we keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and checking through various files that come across the desk. The area around here is quite active with traffic and people going about their business. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes off for a bit but we just wait it out or find something else to do. We’ve been here for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where the office is located. We don’t have much in the way of big signs, just the address 768201 on our mail. Dealing with standards and testing isn't always exciting but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of files stacked up. It’s just how things are run in this part of Orissa. You can find us easily if you know the Power House landmark. We drink a lot of tea while looking at documents. It's a simple life here and we just focus on the task at hand without making a big fuss about it. We just want to get things sorted for the day before we head back home.
