In Rourkela, we’ve got our setup over in the Civil Township area. Specifically, you can find us at O/20. It’s right here in the Sundergarh district of Orissa. Working for Indiaresources Limited means we are often dealing with the practical side of things like mining and local resources. Rourkela is a town that knows hard work, and we fit right in with that. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place with a few desks, some maps on the wall, and a lot of land documents. We spend quite a bit of time out in the field, so the office is often empty or just has one person answering the phone. The dust from the industrial areas sometimes finds its way inside, but we don't mind much. It’s part of living here. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person telling us what to say. We just talk to the locals and the workers directly. Sometimes we have to drive out to remote spots in Sundergarh, which can take all day. We’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick meal. It’s a gritty job sometimes, but we like it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big titles or shiny cars. We just want to get the resources out and keep the operations running smoothly for everyone involved in the project.
