You will find us at 21/1 B B Halder Lane in the Shibpur area of Howrah. This is a very old and crowded part of the city, and our office reflects that. The lane itself is quite narrow, making it hard for cars to pass each other sometimes. We are right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. Our ECC division office is located in an older building that has a lot of history. Inside, the space is packed with desks and cupboards full of old project documents. It’s a bit of a maze, but we know where everything is kept. There’s always the sound of rickshaws and street vendors outside our windows. Most of the people working here are from Howrah or across the river in Kolkata. We take the local buses or walk from the train station to get here. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don’t have fancy coffee machines; we just get tea from the shop at the corner. The work involves a lot of technical details and coordinating with site crews. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have to meet a deadline, but we usually manage by working together. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We are just a group of people who know how to handle construction projects in a busy city. It’s a practical and honest place to work. We just focus on getting through our daily tasks.
