If you find yourself in Ghatsila, you’ll probably end up near the HCL/ICC Campus. Our office is at CTF 2/1 in Moubhandar. It’s a beautiful part of Jharkhand, much greener than some of the other sites we have. The campus is quite large and has been there for a long time. It feels like a small village of its own because so many people work and live right here. Our building is just one of many, but we handle a lot of the day-to-day coordination. It’s not a modern glass tower; it’s more of an old-school industrial office. We have high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. The work is steady and involves a lot of talking to the plant workers and the managers. It’s quite noisy sometimes because the plant is nearby, but we’re used to the sound of machinery. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. It's mostly just practical stuff like maps and schedules on the walls. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local weather or how the production is going. Life in Moubhandar revolves around the copper works. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or sales talk. We just do the job that’s assigned to us and make sure the paperwork is in order before the day ends. It’s a simple, hardworking life in a very industrial setting and we’re used to it.
