Our place is located in Nai Mohalla, right here in Daltonganj. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main market. We operate out of a space that's part of the family property under Prem Sundar Prasad’s name. It’s a small operation, mostly just us handling local business tasks. Daltonganj is the kind of town where everyone knows where everyone else lives, so we don't need a big flashy sign. We do a bit of everything here, mostly keeping records and managing some local projects. It’s a humble setup with a few chairs and a desk. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who grew up in Jharkhand. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to take a break until it comes back on. That’s just how life is here. We aren't trying to be a big city company. We just do our work and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It's a simple life. We spend a lot of time talking to people from the neighborhood who stop by to say hello. We’ve been in this mohalla for a long time and we like it. It’s not a fancy office, but it works for what we need to do every day. We just keep things moving at our own pace without much fuss or worry.
