Precedence Exim Private Limited

We operate out of Madhuban, which is a quiet enough area in Jhargram. The office is actually care of Pritish Chandra Ray, near the Milan Sangha Club. If you are walking near the club, you will probably see us. Precedence Exim Private Limited is basically a small team handling export and import tasks. It is not like those big glass buildings in the city. Our place is more like a house turned into a workspace. We have a few computers and a lot of filing cabinets. Being in Jhargram means things move a little slower than in Kolkata, which we actually like. We can focus on the details of the shipments without too much distraction. We deal with various items depending on what is needed at the time. It is a lot of coordinating with transport and making sure the P.O. box at Jhargram gets checked regularly. Most of us here have known each other for a long time. We don’t really have meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be done. It’s a very simple setup. We don’t put on any airs about being a big international firm. We are just local people doing trade from our small corner of Madhuban. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the week. Sometimes we sit outside for tea when the weather is nice.
