Chetana Real Estate Private Limited is our small company located at House No - 13 in Kartik Ch Patrabaharda. We are out in the Bhograi area, specifically in Kasba. It is a quiet place to have an office, and we like it that way. We don't have many walk-ins because we are tucked away a bit, but that gives us more time to focus on the work we have to do. Our main focus is just handling local real estate around Bhograi. We deal with agricultural land and some residential spots too. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the village. We don't do any big advertising because we think word of mouth is better anyway. The daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We check the new listings, look over some contracts, and maybe go out to see a piece of land if someone wants to sell. It is not a fast-paced environment, and we prefer it that way. We take our time to make sure we don't miss any details. We are just local people trying to help other local people with their property. There is no corporate ladder here, just us doing our jobs. It’s a simple business and we plan on keeping it that way for a long time to come.
