Our office is over at Modi Tower near the Jeevanshah Tiraha. Being at a junction like that means it’s always noisy and there’s constant movement outside. Vidhata Agritech Pvt. Ltd. is focused on the farming and agriculture side of things, which is pretty important around here. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and people who work the land. It’s not just sitting in an office; we often have to head out to see what’s happening in the fields. But the tower is where we do all the planning and the paperwork. The elevators in the building are sometimes a bit finicky, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Inside, it’s just desks, a lot of files, and usually a few samples of seeds or equipment parts lying around. We aren't scientists in white coats; we are just people who understand how hard farming is and try to provide things that make it a little easier. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, depending on the rain and the seasons. That’s just the nature of the work we chose. We keep things pretty informal here. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and looking over maps or schedules. It’s a grounded business, even if we are up in a tower. We don't have any grand slogans. We just work with the earth and the people who tend to it every day. It's a living that changes with the weather.
