Vatika Group

Kumhariya Moth is a quiet village near Jhansi, and that is where you’ll find us. We are located right in the village area near the post office. It’s a very different vibe from the big cities like Delhi or Gurgaon. Here, life moves at a slower pace, and we like it that way. The Vatika Group office here is basically just a small building with a few rooms. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on the ceiling fans and the breeze coming through the windows. Most of the people working here are locals from around Jhansi. We know the land and the people well. Our work involves a lot of talking to folks who stop by to ask questions or settle their accounts. The office can get a bit crowded on market days, but otherwise, it’s just us and the paperwork. We use a lot of handwritten ledgers still, even though we have a computer in the corner. It feels more real that way. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, especially after the monsoon, but we are used to it. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and some photos. It’s a humble place, and we are proud to be part of the community here in U.P. 284303. There's no fancy talk here, just people getting through the work week.
