We set up our office at House Number 71 in Nalanda Om Garden. It’s a quiet enough corner of Panchwati Colony here in Jhansi. We do consultancy work, which mostly involves people coming in to talk about their business problems. We don’t have a big fancy office with a view. It’s just a few desks and a lot of books and papers. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Jhansi is our home and we like being part of the community in this part of town. We don't have any polished scripts or corporate manuals. If someone asks a question, we just answer it based on what we’ve learned over the years. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or chatting with folks who drop by. We make sure the tea is always ready because that’s how we like to start a meeting. The neighbors in Panchwati Colony are nice, and it’s a good environment to work in. We don’t try to act like we know everything. We just use our experience to help out where we can. It’s a very practical way to run a business. No one wears a suit here unless it’s a very special occasion. We just want to be useful and keep things simple for everyone who comes to see us at Nalanda Om Garden. It’s just how we operate.
