St. Mary'S Hospital

Down here in Nai Basti Mauranipur, St. Mary'S Hospital is easy to find if you know the area. It is right in the middle of things, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. The building itself is older, and you can see where the paint has chipped a bit over the years. Inside, it smells like cleaning supplies and old paper. We don't have a big corporate office or people in suits telling us what to do. It is mostly just us, the staff, trying to keep up with everyone who walks through the door. Some mornings are quiet, but by noon, the benches are usually full of people waiting. We talk to the patients about their families and how the crops are doing while we check their blood pressure or give them their medicine. It is a local spot, not a big city institution. If you come by, you will likely see some of us sitting outside for a quick break if it is not too hot. We have been at this address for a long time, and the community knows we are here. It is not always perfect, and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the front desk, but we do what we can. We just focus on the people who live nearby in Mauranipur and need a hand with their health. It is just daily life for us here in the neighborhood.
