Our office is over at 25/72 Nal Gunj in the Sipri Bazar area of Jhansi. It’s a busy part of town, always something going on in the market nearby. Being developers here means we are right in the middle of everything. We spend our time working on various building projects. It's a lot of coordinating with masons, electricians, and all the other trades. Sometimes it feels like we are just professional problem solvers. If a delivery of bricks doesn't show up, we have to figure out why. If the rain stops work, we have to adjust the schedule. It’s just how it is. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just a regular workspace where we keep the blueprints and the ledgers. We've lived and worked in Jhansi for a long time, so we know the local streets and the way things work around here. Sipri Bazar is a good location because everyone knows where it is. We aren't trying to sound like some big international firm. We are just local people doing development work in our own city. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal when we are out on the sites. But we like seeing a project go from just an idea to a finished structure. It’s satisfying in its own way, even if it is exhausting. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is always a new project starting just as one is finishing up for good.
