Shubhank Infra Llp is located out on Kanpur Road. We are at number 184 in Village Marry. It’s a bit of a rural setting compared to the city, but the road is a major artery for the state. You see all kinds of traffic passing by all day and night. We like being a bit outside the main city rush. It gives us space to breathe. The village has its own pace. We’ve been here for a bit now, handling infrastructure tasks for various clients. It’s an LLP, so it’s a partnership between a few of us. We share the work and the headaches. Mostly we are dealing with land and building materials. The office is plain. We didn't spend a lot on decorations or fancy rugs. We’d rather spend that on better tools or getting the job done at the site. Kanpur Road is always busy, especially with the big trucks at night. Sometimes it’s hard to hear each other when the windows are open because of the noise. But we are used to it by now. Village Marry is a small place where everyone knows everyone. That helps us keep a good reputation. We don’t do big marketing campaigns. We just talk to people and show them what we’ve done in the past. Some days are slow, especially during the heavy monsoon. But usually, there is plenty to do. We keep our records in order and try to stay ahead of the schedule as best we can.
